Get to know us

At ASA Ambulanter Pflegedienst we offer clients in Osnabrück and the surrounding area reliable outpatient care services. Whether you need daily medical care or are looking for care based on appointments - we cater to your needs! Our licensed nurses will work with you and your doctor to develop a customized outpatient care plan.

OUR SERVICES

Do you need help yourself or do you have a relative who needs professional care? Contact us and we will arrange a non-binding consultation with you!

Do you have a degree of care and need help with basic maintenance or assistance with cleaning your home? Then we can work with you to put together a supply that is directly tailored to your needs. Of course, you can also make use of all services privately.

Basic care

Help with personal hygiene and support with basic nursing care.

Treatment care

Preparing medication, dressing and undressing v. Compression stockings, dressing changes & wound management, port and ostomy care ... - various services that are prescribed by the doctor.

Care services

Requirement for general care within the meaning of § 45 SGB XI - care and relief services.

Domestic supply

Assistance with shopping, cooking, washing up, cleaning the apartment, changing and washing the laundry.

Prevention care

If the caregiver is unable to attend (vacation, illness, etc.), we are there for you.

Consultation visits according to §37.3 SGB XI

Quality assurance visits for care benefit recipients.

Support with correspondence

We support you with applications, contradictions and other correspondence with health insurance companies and authorities.

Personal advice

We are happy to advise you personally on all questions about our services and are at your side with words and deeds.

Quality check by the MDK

For some years now, all outpatient care services have been checked for the quality of their care by the Medical Service of the Health Insurance (MDK) at least once a year. Our achievements and the quality of our work are assessed using a grading system. These results are public and can be viewed at www.pflegelotse.de.
